Nature's Way Pure Virgin Coconut Oil has a neutral, creamy flavour and is ideal for cooking and baking. It is cold pressed and produced without hexane. Use in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other cooking oils for cooking.

Directions
For Cooking: Use in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other cooking oils.For Hair Care: Place jar in warm water to liquefy, then apply 2 teaspoons to hair 1 to 2 hours before shampooing.
